
Stan Lee Surrounded By Super Hero Creations Assigned to Stan Lee Media
The battle for co-ownership of copyrights to the largest entertainment franchises in the world today, including Spider Man, Ironman, X-Men, the Incredible Hulk has been ratcheted up with the entrance of world reknown SuperLawyer, Martin Garbus, filing suit in Manhattan Federal Court on January 26, 2009, on behalf of the shareholders of Stan Lee Media Inc., who discovered in 2007 frauds of massive proportions that have injured them.

After placing his dot com into Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection as Debtor in Possession in February, 2001, Stan sued Marvel in November 2002 for his share of profits that he expected to receive for "his conditional assignment of his world famous characters to Marvel as provided in his November, 1998 "Employment" Agreement.
